Effective 28 October 2026. This notice covers Neeuman's public marketing pages and demo/early-access request form. It does not replace separate product-account notices for the desktop application.
What we collect
If you submit the form, we collect your email address and project description, plus the name, organization and area you choose to provide. We also record that you agreed to be contacted. We use pseudonymous IP-based counters, a short-lived anti-abuse token and an essential browser cookie to prevent automated or repeated submissions. Our infrastructure and Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We review requests, contact applicants about demos or early access, and protect the website against abuse. Submitting the form does not create a Neeuman account or add you to an advertising mailing list.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in a private database on Neeuman's HP360 server. Notifications are emailed to the two founders using the existing authenticated email relay, which uses Brevo's mail infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the public proxy, HTTPS and caching. We do not intentionally sell applicant details or place third-party advertising trackers on these pages.
Retention and security
Unfollowed new requests are scheduled for deletion after approximately one year; requests already being handled may be retained for legitimate follow-up or required records. Private database snapshots are retained on a rotating local schedule. We use access controls, HTTPS, validation, rate limits and security logging, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
The demo form uses an essential, signed, HttpOnly browser cookie for anti-spam validation, with a maximum life of seven days. It is not an advertising identifier or a hardware fingerprint. Cloudflare may set its own security-related cookies when needed. No optional analytics or marketing cookies are intentionally deployed by this website.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of contact consent or deletion of your submitted details by emailing [email protected]. Include the email address used on the form so we can locate your request. We may need to verify that the request is yours and may retain limited records when required by applicable law. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential files in the form.
